Firstly, I'm working on a couple of pieces for the aforementioned commission. They're all very different in tone; there is so much perspective and scope to capture and I'm determined to stretch as wide as I can and want it to be as stark, authentic and moving as possible. I am becoming increasingly devoted to all things meditation and spiritual growth. It really is important to cleanse and free your mind and spirit daily. In particular calm.com has become one of my favourite tools to access this neccesity. This growing devotion and love is at the root of my latest poem...

Remember, flow

In situ...
Serenity breathes
your composure
as ecstasy flows
from one end to other.

Consciousness quivers golden
like sol.

You,
Deep and still like water.
Diaphanous.
The slender rainfall;
your inner verse.

Always
